We begin with a pause. Using guided storytelling, life journey maps, and reflective exercises, you’ll examine the peaks, valleys, and patterns that have shaped who you are. 
What energised you?
What drained you?
What did you learn about yourself along the way? 

2. Reveal Strengths, Values and Aspirations

We dig deeper to uncover your unique talents, core values, and the beliefs that drive your choices. You’ll connect with your intrinsic motivators and clarify what kind of work truly brings you energy. 

3. Reimagine your Future Path 

With clarity on what matters most, you’ll explore possible “Nextplays” – whether it’s evolving in your current role, pivoting to a new function, starting something on your own, or taking a step back to recharge. You’ll explore what’s possible through a structured decision-making lens. 

4. Redesign Your Way Forward

We wrap the day by translating insight into action. You’ll create a personalized roadmap with tangible next steps, accountability anchors, and ideas for building momentum toward your Nextplay.
