In today’s fast-changing world, careers no longer follow a straight line.
After years of climbing the ladder, many mid and senior-level executives reach a point where they crave something more—greater meaning, new challenges, or a different rhythm of life.
This 90-minute webinar is designed to help you step back, reflect, and explore what comes next. Using the 5R Framework—Reignite, Redirect, Reinvent, Reduce, Recharge—you’ll discover a range of options for shaping your next chapter:
- Reignite – Renew passion and purpose in your current role
- Redirect – Move into a new role within your company or another organization
- Reinvent – Start something new, such as a portfolio career, business, or contractual work
- Reduce – Transition to part-time or fractional work for greater balance
- Recharge – Take a sabbatical or career break to rest and reset
Whether you feel stuck, ready for change, planning for retirement or simply curious about your possibilities, this session will give you practical insights and a structured way to design a future filled with joy, purpose, and fulfilment.
