The coaching journey

Six Months of Support

The coaching journey includes:

  • Up to 9 private coaching sessions by Frank
    90 minutes each, conducted face-to-face or virtually
  • Small-group conversations and reflection spaces
    Periodic group activities with other senior leaders navigating similar transitions offering diverse perspectives and mutual support
  • Ongoing support between sessions
    Access to email and WhatsApp support throughout the six months

The process is deliberately paced to allow insights to emerge.

Why do I do this

I come to this work with experience in senior leadership and board roles, alongside years of coaching leaders through periods of change. Having navigated transitions myself, I understand both the visible demands of leadership and the subtle questions that emerge as priorities shift.

My focus is simply to offer a thoughtful, confidential space for reflection — informed by experience, grounded in practice, and respectful of the complexity of senior leadership transitions.

How I work

My role is not to advise you on what your next chapter should be.

Instead, I work alongside you as a thinking partner, creating a confidential space where you can:

  • Speak freely, without organisational expectations
  • Examine long-held narratives about success and contribution
  • Test new ways of thinking before acting on them
  • Integrate reflection with practical, real-world considerations

The work draws on executive experience, coaching practice, and a deep respect for the complexity of senior leadership transitions.

Investment

The fee for the six-month coaching journey is:

10,000 USD / 12,000 SGD
